LK Property Services is an Auckland building contractor specialising in foundations, concrete, fencing and general building work. We work as a subcontractor to main contractors and housing providers, and directly for homeowners and property managers.

The company is led by Luke Feng, a Licensed Building Practitioner with a background in carpentry. Luke prices every job himself and stays on it through to completion — so what's quoted is what gets built.
